Shipping policy

 

All products go into production as soon as your order is placed. Turnaround times are typically 3-4 weeks on made-to-order products and 3-7 days on ready-to-ship products. Shipping times will vary. We cannot prioritize or rush orders.

There are no refunds, if the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or otherwise does not meet your expectations email us at orders@westernofficesupplyhouse.com and we will assess each situation individually. If your product is not up to our standards a replacement will be ordered and shipped to you.

No returns.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE DUE TO SHIPPING CARRIER PROCESSING.

If your order has sat at the carrier facility for more than 5 business days please contact the local shipping facility and file a claim. If that claim is processed and your package is filed as LOST we will work with you to provide the information needed for an insurance claim.

If your package shows as delivered and is NOT at your address, file a POLICE REPORT and use your report number to file your claim with the shipping company.

We cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. Please ensure your order, shipping address, and contact information are correct before placing your order.

Once the made-to-order product is sent from our manufacturer it will be delivered straight to your door!
